Kingdom Bible Training Institute

In 1985 God told our pastor of 33 years, Dr. Anderson Culbreath,

“God wants us to be a Christian education center in the city where people can come and be taught through His Word without traditional hindrances, and mixtures of man’s doctrine.”

Although not identical, the vision of a son must be related to and come forth from a father’s vision.

In 2001 God told Bro. Jerry Culbreth, a spiritual son of Dr. Anderson Culbreath,

“God wants us to be an equipping church where every member is functioning according to their God given gifts. A place where believers can be prepared and trained to reign in the Kingdom Of God”.

We believe this vision to be the call of God for this fellowship.

The Kingdom Bible Training Institute has been established to fulfill this God given vision. The following are the goals of the institute:

    1. To teach the word of God in its entirety without any mixture so as to give to the students a well-rounded knowledge of the Word of God, and build them up in the most holy faith, enabling them to function properly and spiritually in their God given assignments(s).
    2. To bring people into the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.
    3. To help build spiritual stability and consistency in the operation of faith in the students.
    4. To encourage study, reading, and meditation in the Word of God
    5. To establish and maintain personal contact with the students, for the purpose of helping them mature spiritually.
    6. To build and enhance Christian attitudes, character, and conduct in every student.
    7. To equip every saint for service.

Foundational Courses are designed to give each member a solid spiritual foundation in the Word of God and is recommended for every member.

Specialized Courses are provided to meet specific practical and spiritual needs such as having healthy marriage relationships, dealing with demonic influences, and how to handle your money as well as studies in the Scriptures and Bible study methods.

Ministry Growth Courses focus on developing and equipping members to serve in specific ministries such as counseling, teaching, preaching, and the worship arts.

Wednesday night Bible Study is designed to reach the membership corporately and equip everyone in areas that impact the entire congregation. Topics such as Eldership, Equipping Ministry, and Governmental Structures are taught in this forum.
